It honestly depends on how I feel.

Lately I have been in love with Orange Theory Fitness, and CST50. I typically do a HIIT class 4x a week, and Pilates 2-3 times a week. Most weeks I take at least one day a week off, or at least do some light cardio to take the edge off.

There have been times in my exercise life where I was all about Spinning, running, Body Pump or nothing but straight cardio. Things change, but my dedication never does.
